     Full name, registration number, titles and proof of genetic screening of both sire and dam.

Registration Papers:

     Statement that the litter/puppy is registered/registerable with AKC.  include puppyÕs pedigree.

Guarantees:

     Well puppy Vet. check form given at time of purchase

     Buyer given a reasonable length of time for own Vet check:  3 Š 5 days.

          Requirements for return of puppy.

                         Refund/replacement puppy; time frame

          Hereditary conditions covered

                         Breed specific Š age of puppy

                         Genetic exams required of puppy Š age of puppy

 

Puppy:

     Shot record given at time of placement.

     Agreement  for buyer to maintain puppyÕs health and well being.

     Notification to seller of any unusual health problems at any time

     Notification to seller of buyerÕs change of address

     Use of sellerÕs kennel name in the registered naming of puppy

     Training:  Socialization and obedience.  Encourage involvement in performance events.

     Puppy safety:    Fenced in yard where possible

 

Return policy:

     If buyer can no longer keep puppy seller has the right of first refusal and or assist in rehoming.

     NEVER place puppy in a shelter or resell for purposes of retail or breeding

     Only terms covered in contract are binding

     BuyerÕs signature signifies agreement

     Contract is interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of the seller
