Application for BKC classes

Agility class application

Badger Kennel Club, Inc.'s well-trained volunteer instructors have been helping dog owners in the greater Madison area train their dogs for more than fifty years.

Classes are offered weekday evenings, limited daytime, and Saturdays and are available for dogs at every level of training. Classes generally run for eight weeks, unless otherwise noted. Class sizes are small so dogs and their owners receive one on one attention.

Course offerings

Puppy Socialization and Kindergarten

Classes to help your puppy (under 6 months) have positive experiences with unfamiliar people, places, and other puppies while learning the basic skills needed to become a well mannered dog.

Canine Good Citizen classes

This course teaches basic skills for a well mannered dog.

Obedience Training

Showing your dog

BKC offers classes for beginning and experienced handlers interested in training and showing their own dog in AKC dog shows.
