Application for BKC classes

Puppy Socialization and Kindergarten

Classes to help your puppy (under 6 months) have positive experiences with unfamiliar people, places, and other puppies while learning the basic skills needed to become a well mannered dog.

Canine Good Citizen classes

This course teaches basic skills for a well mannered dog.

Obedience Training

Learn how to motivate your dog to be a better behaved and well-mannered companion, and help obedience become a part of your dog's everyday life. Whether you are interested in improving your dog's behavior or learning more about participating in AKC obedience events, BKC has a course for you.

Rally Training

Rally offers both the dogs and handlers an experience that is fun and energizing. The canine team moves at their own pace, very similar to rally-style auto racing. Rally was designed with the traditional pet owner in mind, but it can still be very challenging for those who enjoy higher levels of competition.

Showing your dog

BKC offers classes for beginning and experienced handlers interested in training and showing their own dog in AKC dog shows.

Agility classes

Classes train you and your dog to negotiate obstacle courses of jumps, tunnels, and climbing obstacles. Puppy, beginner, and advanced courses are offered.

Special Courses

BKC offers special courses (such as Therapy Dog Training, guest instructors in conformation and obedience) in addition to regular session courses.
