2026 Dog Show

Reserved Grooming/Crating Space

All spaces will be in the Horse Barn and reserved on a first come, first served basis. Spaces will be approx. 5’ x 8’ on a concrete floor. Price will be $30/space with electrical access for the weekend. No partial reservations accepted. Limit of four spots per person. Building closes at 8:00pm. Dogs may NOT be left in the building overnight.

Unloading at the buildings will be allowed from 2:00-6:00pm on Friday. On Saturday and Sunday, unloading will be allowed for a maximum of 15 minutes.

Complete the reservation form and email it to bkcdogshowreservations@gmail.com. Once payment is received, Rita Galetka will send out confirmation of your reservation.

RV Parking/Camping

All overnight guests must have a paid reservation.

Rates will be:

• $50/night for water/electric or
• $25/night with no utilities.
• Full-hook ups are not available.
• Spaces will be assigned in the order received and based on the size of your RV/camper.

Complete the reservation form and email it to bkcdogshowreservations@gmail.com.  Once payment is received, Jone Brown will send out reservation confirmations.

Vendor Space

All 10’ x 10’ spaces will be located in the Horse Barn with a concrete floor. Price is $100/space for the weekend (including electricity). Discount available if multiple spaces are booked.  No partial reservations accepted.

If paying by check

• Download the applicable Reservation Form(s).
• Complete the form on your computer and print or print the form and complete the form by hand.
• Mail your completed form(s) with your check to the person & address shown on the Reservation Form.

If paying online

• Download the applicable Reservation Form(s).
• Complete the form and then SAVE the file to your computer.
• Create a NEW email (check email address on each form), ATTACH the form(s) that you saved on your computer, and then hit SEND.
• Click on the applicable PayPal button below. Login to your PayPal account, reverify your total payment, and submit.
